It was probably M&M Steakhouse. They're located on the outskirts of the F.W. Stockyards at 1106 NW 28th St. It's definitely a hole in the wall but they've been serving great garlic infused, pan seared steaks for at least 35 years that I know of. Tip - Don't order the bologna sandwich .
