I hope it goes well for them. It will be interesting to see how it turns out. They just need to figure out how to market to the people with money down here for summer. Then how to keep there doors open the rest of the year when everything is slow here.

Im trying to figure out, someday they will replace those bridges what happens then? Chuck I agree they better save during the summer to make it though the winters. Who knows I've seen so many projects talked up so big to het funding only to never happen. Northshore condos on Richland Chambers for one.

Would be a good idea but like already said its hard to keep stuff going on lakes that are summer party lakes. The winters are brutal or pretty much anytime outside of summer vacation.
