I noticed all the mods on the truck. Was this done for any reason and has the truck been hot rodded as you could say?
With these mods how has the tranny held up?
It was done solely for the reason of getting better gas mileage out of the truck. It also runs better in my opinion and I took the things out of it that made these trucks a piece of [censored] to own (i.e. EGR and DPF). I do not hot rod the truck because I like to see the 19 mpg.
Tranny is fine shifts fine and has never had problems. Programmer is on the lowest setting to ensure I don't have tranny problems.
