Do a search in the Off Topic area for the last week. I posted the same question and rec'd quite a bit of feedback. I went for the first time last Friday, company function. It was "okay", not great. Brisket had decent flavor but a little dry, same for the ribs. Side dished are expensive too. Beans were good. You pay by the lb so be careful when ordering. I ordered 1/4 lb brisket (about 3 slices), 3 ribs, and 2 chicken poppers (chicken breast chunk with jalapeno and bacon wrapped). That alone was right at $10. Drank water and picked up a side of potatoe salad. Bill was $15.

Haven't been in 3 or 4 years, but their chopped brisket on jalapeno bread was fantastic. I liked their beans, too. I went to the one in Brady. Haven't been to the one by DFW.

The one in Brady is much better than the one in Coppell. SVille one is pretty good, but the Brady one is by far the best. Close to their ranch too!

Everybody told me, gotta get the porkchop. It was awful. Place was expensive, food was dried out. Never going back. This was the one in Coppell.

However, sometimes it's more fat than meat in the chopped brisket make sure and tell the guy at the pit in Brady that you want lean if you don't like a lot of fat.

Thanks, TB, but if you could see me you'd know I like lots of fat.

Been to the one in stephenville, it's good but I wouldn't say it was above any other BBQ joint.

Brady Hard Eight +1. I have had the same "fat issue" at the Stephenville location.
