My favorites are 1 and 7. I'm a Bassfishindude who USED to tie crappie jigs. My wife is going to be pi$$ed at me if I start making jigs again. She's never happy coming home from work and I've got a hundred jigs baking in the oven!

i wouldnt do it, besides, i dont think there is really any reason to cure the paint, ive never had any problems with it falling off

Yes Sir. Lead and paint vapors can't be good. You can get an inexpensive toaster oven for about $10 and set it up in your garage/shop or even outside for the 15-20 minutes it takes to cure your paint. A trip to Target or Wally World will keep your wife happy.

Thanks for the info. I'm glad I sold that place because I would hang hundreds of jigs at a time on the oven racks. I'm still using the jigs I tied 6 years ago.
