It depends on what you want.

They are like kayaks, the more you spend, the more you get.

X2^

Comfort and amenities, you'll want one like mine or Timmha's.

Portability and weight considered you'd want one like FFM's or Dan's.

If you completed swim qual 1 training, then you can get one like Carlos's (at the bottom of Luna Pond)

Check Craigslist. I got my 10' boat, motor, fishfinder, batteries, paddle, seat, and title and registration for $500. Woks like a champ unless the wind tries to sink it, haha.

No. The Japs got his. He tried to sink mine this weekend when he knocked the plug out of the back, but the issue was adverted.

Im looking to get a small inexpensive trailer for my Bass Raider 10e. I came across a few utility trailers and even a small boat trailer on Harbor freight. Does anyone have an experience with these? The trailer will probably not get wet, as I dont need it to launch the boat, just to haul it.

Here is what im looking at - http://www.harborfreight.com/catalogsearch/result?q=trailer

I looked at the 8 foot, 950 lb capacity trailer as well but don't have any experience with them. My ride is a 10 footer but I don't think it would be a huge issue to have a foot extra on the front or back end as long as it is cargo strapped in really good and doesn't interfere with the turning radius of the truck.

A lot of the reviews are from the Northeast and they say the trailers last for years. If they can withstand the harsh winter road chemicals and high ph of some of that water I'm sure they would last a loooong time in TX.

I like my trailer, Carlos and I launched and loaded my buster on the trailer last weekend. Worked great! And they are small enough of a trailer that you can register it as a homemade trailer. Cheaper and no inspection/vin#.

That bass that Tim is holding is his pet bass that he hand feeds several times a week. When he wants to make people think that he has caught a big bass he goes out to the pond and holds a live worm in his fingers. When the bass comes up to get the worm he grabs it and has his picture taken with it. That way he can tell people he "caught" the bass. I've seen several different pictures of him and that exact same bass taken at different angles, different times of the year and different places on the lake. bolt peep

I can swim deeper than aquaman, give me fins, a BCD, reg, and mask and I'll swim around the dam globe.
