I think you and Carlos need to scope out those ponds I showed you. Much better quality than Luna, and as you have seed Dan, the fish are healthy and STRONG.

But to answer the question, I'd start by burning some spinnerbaits or cranks over points and along any cover looking for reaction bites. If that didnt work I'd throw a C-rig with a rattlesnake or something that will suspend in the water. Then Id work a jig. And then I would throw a cast net.
And if that didn't work... I'd remember that P stands for Plenty and hook up a charge in the deepest spot. Or just go home at that point.

I would work a worm real damn slow in the deepest water I could find.

If that didn't work ... I would blame it all on the lake and never go back.

If you were on a frog boat you would have limited out.

Catfish yes. Gave up on that place after two times at it nice size water for a bass buster but if you want an DD not going to happen and if you want something to eat good luck with that a mud hole is a mud hole.
Good place for sport fishing maybe at best.

Yep No big Bass to be found at Luna. Only all the 7-8's and $hitload of 4-5's we caught. You Denton boys got spoiled fishing Dog Park where you could pull 40 bass in 1 hour. Expand your horizons a bit fish some tougher waters. No doubt Luna is tough, but thats why its called fishing and not "catching". Luna has had its better days, but I love the way people who go to a place and if they have a tough day, "the place doesnt have any fish".
