Add sugar, 1/2 and 1/2, a little white vinegar and black pepper to mayo. I have also added crushed pineapple which is pretty good.

I hand chop my cabbage, put the carrots and an onion in the food chopper with vinegar, oil, and mayo, then pour that over the chopped cabbage. I add sugar.

Mayo
Mustard
little vinegar
garlic powder
onion powder
sugar
S & P to taste

It also goes great on a pulled pork sammy or hot dog.

For a less sweet version, good on pulled pork:

Ingredients:
16 oz. 3 color Cole Slaw
Extra carrots if desired
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. dried mustard
1 TBS half&half (use milk if you don't have half&half)
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp pepper
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients well, except for the cabbage and
carrots. Pour over grated cabbage and carrot.
Refrigerate.

If you like garlic, this is the best in the world. It's almost worth the drive across the county just to have a bowl.

go to the isle in the grocery store where the sauces "hot sauce and stuff" is and there is a red cole slaw sauce...it looks weird but i tried it this weekend and its really good - no mayo for me either! sorry i can't remember what its called...but it will either be with the hot sauces or the salad dressings!

Small head of cabbage chopped - or if you don't feel like it use a package of prepackaged cole slaw. Add chopped red onion, celery, carrots, and red pepper. Sprinkle with celery seed, salt, and black pepper. Then add Mrs. Marzetti's Cole Slaw Dressing (sold at WalMart in both regular and lite) to consistency you like.

I use the KFC recipe, but i only use 1/2 the milk and i don't use buttermilk. When you put the vinegar and lemmon juice it makes buttermilk. Also i am a diabetic and i switch the sugar with splenda and get the same taste. It's right on KFC taste. Mark
