I have been told by a few different people that they sit weird on the water. Haven't tried one myself though.

Great bait,I throw one every morning I go out..You will need to replace both hooks as they are alittle weak and bend pretty easily.

One of my favorites. Bone and the black with white ribs have done best for me.

Second favorite popper behind the yellow magic, and I usually throw a popper first every time out.

I've got about 10-12 of them, and haven't had any problems with the hooks, but I guess you could upgrade them if you wanted. The finish has also been decently durable (mouth keeps paint better than the yellow magic, while the ym side and bottom finish holds up a little better than these). At 1/3 the cost, I don't feel guilty throwing these into some hairy shiz or letting the girlfriend toss it around.

They have a softer retrieve similar the ym, where it slides and spits instead of chugs and bloops like a pop-r. You can get it to bloop if you really jerk it, but I've done best with softer, quicker jerks on the retrieve.

Most productive colors have been ghost minnow, that sunfish color above (awesome finish) and the bone. I'm sure you could get bit on any of them though, they're great baits at that price.

If those are sitting weird in the water put about 2 Suspend Dots side by side at the bottom rear of the bait and that should fix it.

I have a couple and they look great. Just can't put my Yellow Magic away to give them a try.

I caught 4 bass last year that was 7 pounds are better on the h2o popper...the ayu color. I put a bigger hook up front so it digs a little better.
