Thx Jefe. It is an amazing difference how much better I feel mentally and physically. The most difficult part of this journey was just getting started. I'm not going to kid anyone that it has been easy, but through healthy eating, exercise, and the right mindset I have found something that gets results and I believe can be continued long term.

Good job! I have lost 20 in the last month through a radical diet change and getting off my arse. I did P90X for the first time Thursday morning. I started with the ab ripper DVD. I can honestly say that although it is only 16 minutes long, it was the most painful 16 minutes of my life. Obviously I had to take a million breaks so I prolly only actually worked 10 of those 16 minutes.

I walked like a 97 year old man the next day and have not gotten the courage to try again. I will stick with riding the bike, lifting weights and walking/running.

I started at 205 and am down to around 185. Would like to get to 155.

I considered doing P90X, but decided given my starting fitness level that Power90 was more my level. Power90 doesn't have the pull ups and jumping routines. You alternate cardio/ab ripper and strength training routines 6 days a week with 1 rest day. Both the cardio and strength training have levels 1-2 and levels 3-4. The ab ripper has the 100 and 200, which means the number of different ab reps each has. Level 1-2 cardio/ab ripper 100 takes about 38 minutes. Level 3-4 cardio/ab ripper 200 takes about 47 minutes. Level 1-2 strength training takes about 30 minutes and level 3-4 takes about 40 minutes.

Checkout this 1st video on this page to get an idea of the Power90 workouts.

People often ask me how quickly they will see results. You definitely start noticing a positive change after 1-2 weeks.

Here were my results after 30 days.
