Nice fish!!! wish i could go

I am going Sunday morning at 6:30 here in Denton and maybe Monday night.

For the rest of the week it will be only in the evening because of work.

I haven't caught a fish within 30 feet of the bank.

I have been using a 2-4' deep diving crankbait in shad and a jig with a hollow swimbait trailer. I have been moving off shore, looking for the dropoffs and the edge of the weedline.

The two ponds I fish are not very deep. One is ten foot and the other is seven. One has lots of cover,one is a prefect lake to add structure to.

I need to buy two Huddleston 6" Swimbaits.

If you have two Huddleston 6" Swimbaits and want to fish in Denton in the morning ... hit me up.

I lost count on how many fish we caught this morning but none of them were over 18".

The TFF member I was fishing with caught bass on three consective casts at one point.

No huge ones today a few decent ones and one nice female good day all in all...ready for next week?

i live in Carrollton, im on summer break and have lots of time. im looking to learn more about fishing. i have such a passion and am willing to go all day or do what we have to to find that hog.

This is what I am going to fish with. I got the swimbait for the deep stuff, I got the rattletrap and the crankbait for the shallows.

I am going to spend as much time as I can with the swimbait, I know that fatbass is hanging out on a deep break somewhere and I am going to find him.

And is that a square or circle crankbait? And i have a swim bait but i am not sure how to use it. What am i looking to feel or how am i reeling it? What pace? Etc.
