2011 ASSOCIATION OF CHRISTIAN BASS CLUBS TOP SIX TOURNAMENT
DATE: May 7, 2011
WHERE: Eagle Mountain Lake, Azle, Tx
Launch site: West Bay Marina & RV park

FEE: $75.00 Per Club (for plaques, food, shirts and
trophies) payable at time of live well check
TOURNAMENT

HOURS: 7 AM to 3:30 PM
WEIGH IN: Must be in line no later than 4:00 PM
Barbeque dinner served at weigh in.
PRE-TOURNAMENT Event shirts provided for participating teams.
CHECK IN: 5:30 AM - 6:30 AM

TOURNAMENT RULES
1. State, Federal and Local Laws must be obeyed.
2. Alcohol and Narcotics will not be allowed in the possession of contestants during
tournament hours, unless prescription medicine.
3. Courtesy, Safe Boating, Sportsmanship and Conservation must be displayed at all
times by contestants. A U.S. Coast Guard approved chest type PFD must be on and
fastened anytime the combustion engine is running. All boats must meet U.S. Coast
Guard standards. Outboard motors may not exceed boat manufacturers rating. All
boats must have an emergency kill-switch and must be attached to the driver during
operation of combustion engine.
4. Boats must have an operational live well with an aeration system. Teams may keep
no more than 10 bass in the live well.
5. All fishing must be done with artificial lures only. Pork is permitted. Only one rod and
reel may be used at a time by contestants. No trolling with the combustion engine is
allowed. All fish must be caught in a legal and sporting manner during tournament hours
from tournament waters. Contestants may not use any communication or video device
for the sole purpose of locating or catching bass during tournament hours.
6. Scoring will be determined by the total weight of not more than 10 bass per boat
caught by either member. Fish will be measured on a Golden Rule measuring board
with the tail closed.
7. No fishing is allowed within 25 yards of another tournament boat without mutual
consent.
8. Trailering to and from the weigh-in during tournament hours is allowed.
9. Penalties There will be a 1 pound penalty deducted for each dead fish weighed-in.
Short fish will not be weighed.

Might need to clarify minimum length and species for this Tournament since there are spotted bass in Eagle Mtn.

we are going with a 14" minimum on all species of bass.
