77 Ranch, located near Blooming Grove, TX has one membership position open for the 2011 season, which runs March 1 through October 31.

77 Ranch is an 1850 acre cattle ranch, with several (7) ponds ranging in size from 2 to 11 acres. One pond is stocked with Crappie and the balance are for Bass fishing.

Catches of 30 - 50 bass for a morning or afternoon session are very common. Most bass are in the 2 - 3 lb range right now, but efforts to manage the ponds will pay off with larger bass. Several 6 - 8 lb bass caught in 2010. Get in now to ensure your spot for years to come.

77 Ranch is extremely exclusive, with only 8 to 10 members allowed per season. I fished all of last season and did not see another member fishing. Talk about peaceful!

The membership is based on a flat rate fee and allows for multiple trips, guest fishing, camping for no additional costs.

For more information, please contact Gary Price @ 214.454.3841 or you can PM me for additional information.

Thanks,
RON

sounds cool. My dad and I did something like this when I was a kid, and loved it. Pond fishing is some of the best stuff around. Good luck!

Sounds like great fishing, but the posting of price will probably slow down the inquiries.

actually if you think about it, thats less than $110 a month....most guys spend that in one day when fishing in a boat (gas, oil, maintenance, etc) This includes camping too which makes it a prety good deal in my book. But thats just my .02

Went out to the lease with a potential client yesterday afternoon. We boated 50 bass on various lures with a really nice 4.13, 4.8, and 4.3 lb. Having that one on one 'guy time' with that one client was worth my $850.00 for the year.

Additionally, exclusivity is priceless! IMO.

Wish I could afford it, but I've got to have some eye work done starting next week. Sounds like a good deal to me.

Absolutely!

I own a private fishing club myself (Brazoria County), 4 lakes ranging in size from 10 to 60 acres. Fishing, hunting, camping, riding ATVs around, hiking, clubhouse, you name it, outdoors fun. Turn key, boats and motors at the ready, you bring your own tackle. You get in by invitation only (from existing members). Not fancy by any means, and costs considerably more than $850/year. This place mentioned above sounds like a bargain to me.

Caught 100 fish on Saturday up to 5.5 lbs. Buzzbaits, hard jerkbait, shallow crank and plastics all produced!

One thing we are not is Cheap! A stiff membership fee does wonders for the exclusivity.

Our target market does not generally have an issue with $850.00.
