Scott Dean for sure.
I f there ever was a "Superteam" tournament series, Scott would be my first choice to be my partner.
How many of these guys mentioned have qualified for the BASS Classic or the FLW Championship?
Great local competitors are seldom great national competitors.

Albert Collins made a classic
Jeff Sprague & I made a few FLW Cups
Im sure Im missing a few. You are right though, you can be a stud on 1 or 2 lake & get it handed to you on a national level. Its a completely different game on tour.

There were three I fished against in Redman back in the day who would take your money on just about any lake, Dreabon Joiner, Jimmy duck and Gary Yelverton. Gary has passed but those three could flat catch'em.

I am a Senager. (Senior teenager) I have everything that I wanted as a teenager, only 50 years later. I get an allowance every month. I have PU truck and a bass boat, I am blessed.

Yes.
Gary Yelverton won tons of money on Sam and TB.
Dreabon is a close friend and a great fisher, with plenty of tournament accomplishments.

Dreabon taught me how to fish a jig and it really paid off. He's also a hell of a hunter and biker. Been everywhere on that Harley.

Bubba Haralson, his wife, Charlie and Tom would win any immediate family tournament in Texas. All great fishermen (and women) and people!

Platinum Team Trail could have been fun if they'd have made everyone pay up for the entire season, instead of creating another jackpotter's trail.
