Been jumping spots alot the last two weeks..Everything from Turtle creek to Twin Lakes..Bass fishing is getting good in the shallows.
Here's a few quick pics from various ponds.

Turtle creek on my lunch breaks...Been consistently producing on Exall lake....All bass about this size..Little more, little less.Still a blast.

Oakpoint.

Rowlett community pond.(Still has good fish in it)

After you walk down from the parking lot.Go right and follow the side walk around that first cove type area...I caught that one in the next bend past that...Where the sidewalk curves right..(if that makes sense)
Had several short strikes after that one..All shallow in about 2ft of water.

Ive fished oak point the past three days with no luck alot of small strikes but im guessing nothing big enough for my spinnerbait.. all bites were shallow along the edge, trying to catch a LMB. Nice catches though.

Oakpoint is definitely not an easy pond to crack.Especially with no real cover to fish..I concentrate on the wind blown areas when I do fish it...Havent been out there since the spawn.
The last three Ive caught were on hard and soft bodied swimbaits for whats its worth
