Love my Talon.

Have it mounted on a Champ 203.

Talon also has a quick release option and you can take it completely off whenever you want!

I love the smell of 2 stroke in the morning !!!

Thats one of the reasons I chose to go with a Talon. Also If I have an issue with the Talon I just take the Talon in not the whole boat.

My boat is in right now getting a Talon put on it. Cost was $600 cheaper than a PP for everything installed. That isn't the reason I went with a Talon. I just didn't see a downside to the Talon. PP still seems like a great option also, hell its a proven product.

I like the power pole, you can lower it down to get under cables and bridges etc, you can also lower it down to a certain level and drift with it just touching the bottom, I am a Minn Kota fan but for now I am staying with the pole.

I used my Talon for the first time this weekend. Was it awesome to be in 7'8" water and hit the remote and stick in one spot on Fork Sunday! The wind picked up pretty good Sunday by noon and I was able to sit right on spots I wanted to hit. There very quick on response and it's the only way to go!
I used my 101# thrust trolling motor and Talon a lot Sunday and my batteries never suffered or went down from the Talon and trolling motor! Pumps draw just as much power. Sit back and watch over the next 1-3 years what Talons do in the market. I fish for fun most the time and have no sponsorship with Talon. They are well worth the money if you set-up on fishing holes or drop-offs and don't want to keep fighting your trolling motor. Also, I can't wait to hit the bedding bass and not be drifting everywhere! I'm hooked on Talon after using mine!!!!

I just bought a talon last week after fishing a tournament aweek before I could not stay on a spot because of the wind.I ended catching a 7.5 before getting blown away.I went back this weekend with a talon in the same wind.I caught a 26.78 pound sack and won the tournment. It was worth the money. The boat center on lake palestine cut me a great deal!!!

Thank you for your help Matt. We also appreciate the extremely fast service. Turn in Monday evening and done Tuesday with all the boats you guys have is spectacular. I'm positive you will be hearing from us in the future. Looking forward to messing with the Talon this weekend.

Just in case anyone was wondering I had mine done at Fun-n-Sun in Hurst

I just had a pp installed two weeks ago, was almost 4oo less than a talon, boat center in flint did the work, ordered the pole, set it up, even got dual switches for it. I love mine.

I just had a talon installed on my boat. I can't wait to use it. Jeromy Walker from Metro Marine in Dallas did the install and did a great job! He also fixed about 5 things on my trolling motor. He put the new bracket and bolts on it as well, so I am ready to go. If you guys want an awesome deal and great install give Jeromy a call.

How long before a major boat manufacturer incorporates a powerpole into the boat that is flush with the back and comes out kind of like the ladders do on the newer boats? Or would there be lawsuits over some of the patents?

Just got my Talon as well. Jeremy at Metro marine did a great job. I was very impressed with the Talon. Held my 22ft skeeter very well in heavy wind. A dream come true for sight fishing! Caught fish on beds Saturday in a 15mph wind for the first time
