Yeah, I've done ice fishing when I lived up north. The epitome of standing on the bank (or on the lake in this case) looking (and acting) like an idiot!

Maybe I'll see you out there tomorrow. I drive an old white Chevy truck with the TFF sicker on the back window.

If you don't mind my asking, which creek and how did you do?

LOL, I know that feeling. I'm watching the pressure too. Was going down over night, now back up.

If I don't make it today, will have to get out tomorrow - except that it'll be more crowded.

Well didnt go today , kept watching the pressure and didnt think it was going to be any good, worked on my truck instead. My try tomorrow if the pressure is any better. My sanity is at stake.

Heading out there tomorrow, should I go early or does it really matter? I guess for my dogs sake it might be latter after it warms up, but for my sake...I can't wait to get out there! Got to get out of the house.

Ok I went to what I think you guys are talking about as to the river. Read new to Texas.
I looked up old Alton bridge on the GPS and found a small creek of frozen water next to a small pond is this the place your talking about?
Or did the GPS have me lost LOL
Anyway I was at this place yesterday and it was ice.
