"Texoma Tie In" will bring together professional and expert fly tyers to demonstrate and teach their fly tying methods and secrets. Enjoy a day of watching and learning from the masters. Just come and watch or bring your vise and tie with us. Beginners can learn fly tying basics with equipment and materials provided. All skill levels are welcome. A free event for the entire family. Do they have the Texoma Tie In twice a year? I could of sworn I went when it was getting awful hot outside. I do not know if I can make it, but will see.

Kelly, there are two fly fishing event at Eisenhower state park each year.
The "Texoma Tie In" is a fly tying event normally on the 3rd Saturday of January. Due to the uncertainty of January weather, this primarily an indoor fly tying event.
The "Texoma on the Fly" event is normally on the 3rd Saturday of June and this event includes fly tying, casting classes, and fly fishing information. This event has both indoor and outside activities.
