Not sure how often they take guests. Beverly said they were scaling back when I was there two years ago. I will say though, if you go, there are no better hosts than Gary and Beverly. And the scenery is magnificent.

I was just there yesterday and fished the big lake (25 acres) Caught 9 fish (dinks to 3 lbs) from 2:30 Pm to 4:00 PM. Cost is $75 for a full day. Lodging is $110 a night.

I have been to the Inn @ BK Ranch many times. Beautiful place. Gary & Beverly are very nice people and great hosts. There were 6 lakes there the last time I was out but Gary was building another.... A couple are older and full of smaller fish. I have caught fish out of these up to 7#. The others were built & stocked by Gary. A couple of them are full of 2# fishes. That is one of his hobbies. He likes driving the bulldozer and building lakes.

The biggest lake is about 70 acres and has a nice boathouse. There is a small boat there that you may be able to use. This lake has some deep timber on it where we caught them on a DD22. Gary says this one has 9-10# fish in it. My experience was that it had fewer fish than the smaller lakes but they were larger. My biggest fish from it is about 4#.

Check out Sugoi Lakes too. It is near Mineola. Nice place for a family reunion or small company outing.

I stayed there last year during the Skeeter Owner's tournament. Very nice and hopefully will be staying there shortly. Great place to stay and you can just walk out the back door and start catching fish.
