It is time to get Swap 12 started! This will be a Classic! The theme is inspired by a friend of mine who recently placed an order with me for some custom jigs. He is fishing this October in the Crappie USA Cabelas Classic Tournament and needs some special jigs for the event, so let's see what you all can come up with given the following guidelines. SEE THESE WONDERFUL RULES  HEAD1/8-1/4oz Chartreuse, black,AND/OR orange big painted eyes Feel free to add a bit of sparkle or flash, even glitter to the head if you so desire. BODYMake the body out of anything you wish; you could use dubbing, chenile, tinsel, thread, yarn, etc...be creative. TailUse some type of Hair (synthetic or real), no feathers Keep color choices to chart, orange, or black in any combination please Red hook (recommended but not required) Alright, Pretty simple but definately leaves some room for creativity. This swap will be a short one since I believe in quick turnaround. TIMELINESignup ends On Monday Morning October 11Th at 10:30am Jigs must be mailed by no later than Wednesday October 27th. Limit of 20 tyers. Please do not post up pictures of your jigs until I have recieved all of them in the mail. Lets get started! Woohoo! 1. Hunter7711 * 2. General Jigs * 3. Millman * 4. RadTexan * 5. Sign me up if I can use stick on eyes. I only have one mold that CAT made for me, and it used stick on's

Hunter7711, stick-on eyes are fine, but painted eyes are preferred; go ahead and challenge yourself Radtexan, i thought i saw you post up here; yes, chenille for the body is fine, and yes, hair for the tail. PapermouthPulverizer: we wish you could join too! too bad you won't be making this swap

what's the jig number requiremnents?
2 jigs for each person, of two colors?

2 jigs for each person, of two colors? Each person makes 1 jig for each swap member; if 20 people sign up, you make 20 jigs total; if 12 people sign up, you make 12. Regardless of how many people sign up, All of your jigs must be the same pattern.
