just to let everyone know especially cat guys fishing the classic next week, the lake is probably going to be a mess. lake is almost up 2 feet and still rising. creeks are still running in and plenty muddy. reports from pilot point down to tioga were 6 to 9 inches of rain today. everything is changing and if we get another one expect them to close the lake down again. as it is now i figure about the time the lake levels off then they will open the gates dropping the level. looked at a couple of feeder creeks and plenty of water going into the lake. i have not heard from the sanger, valley view side so if yall got a report send it on. gene
Gene what will this do to the fishing? Will this push them back out to the deep corp piles where the cleaner water is?

It will effect them some but if we don't get much more rain the lake should settle fairly fast. Hopefully by next weekend it won't be in to bad of shape as far as water clarity.
Does a bear go poo in the woods?? Yes he and Keyboard are teaming up again just like in the Horse Country Shoot Out.

Well actually, I just dip the minnows, net the fish, take the fish off Cliff's hook, and put a new minnow on. But man is it ever exiciting, busy the entire day.
