The BLT staff hopes you can join us for the 2nd Annual Ray Hubbard Big Bass tournament on September 12. We had over 100 entries last year and we hope some more anglers will be there this year.

For those of you that are wanting to see the Legend Boat I am currently driving...it will be on display this Saturday and Sunday at the Open Team and Big Bass Tournaments on Ray Hubbard...come on out Fish the tournaments and we will do some demo rides!!!
Perry, I would only be making a guess. This is the first year for the Open Team tournament and last year we had 108 entries into the Big Bass tournament.
We decided to move the Big Bass date from October last year to September this year to avoid all the Championship tournaments in October.

Last months BB at Hubbard Creek two guys won over $3,000 with fish that only weighed 1-2 lbs....
Come on out and get in on the action....you can't win money if you don't enter!!!
Don't be like some of the guys that came up and seen what was winning for the hours and could have kicked themselves in the $%&$%@ for not entering!!!
Check out the Open Team Tourney on Saturday and then the Big Bass Tournament on Sunday. If 251 enter the tournament on Sunday...First prize is a New Legend 191 w/200 mercury!!!
I dont think 1 and 2 pounders are going to be winning you any money on Ray Hubbard, but I could be wrong. I will be there on SAT, not sure about Monday yet.

Soft Tap, Yes, you can put as many people in the boat that is allowed by the Coast Guard rating of your boat. All people in the boat with a contestant must be contestants on the Big Bass tournament.
Ranger_Bennie, The winning weight was 18 lbs and some change and the big bass as 7+ pounds for the open team today. Results will be posted tomorrow morning. Some solid sacks were brought to the scales today. FYI, BLT staff
