Well I'm new to the forum and new to texas. Living about the farest I have ever lived from water. (Odessa)
From what I can tell the brazos below P.K. lake is the closest Striper river to me.
Is there away to access this river below the dam? If not where is there access where i have a decent chance of catching stripers?

off of hwy16 there is an old ramp to access the brazos just below the dam at one end of the bridge. did PK & the Brazos below the dam last week. http://texasfishingforum.com/forums/ubbthreads.php/topics/5274674/PK_Brazos_Weekend#Post5274674
hear there are still nice stripers to be found but i cant show you any pics. sandies, LMB, gar, browns, & channels is what we caught in the river. under sandies & channels from sandy beach park bank. from the reports Whitney & Texoma have both have been better than PK.

Class of '83, born and raised in Odessa, moved to DFW 14 years ago, still find it strange to see it up here. Only run into maybe 5 people in all that time that know the MOJO.

They call Brown Trout the exact same thing. I've been spending too much time in the northwest.

That's because my PB Smallie is only 1 lb. If I get one to be proud of I'll post it.
