- 1 ½ lbs of beef.
- 1 large onion(Chopped)
- 2 cups water
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 Tbs ground coriander
- 4 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbs ground turmeric
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 Tbs salt
- ½ tsp ground clove
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 Tbs of Wondra

Pour 2 cups of water into a 4 quart Crockpot. Set Crockpot on high and add spices, onion and meat. Cook on high 4 hours. Before serving make thick mix of ½ cup water and Wondra then add to curry while mixing gently. Allow curry to reheat. Serve over rice.

Thanks all. Curry is an aquired taste to most. I spent many an attempt to get a blend that was good enough to eat for a treat then I modified it to crock pot friendly. I add a pack of frozen green beans to it for veggies and texture.
