Steps:
1. dump the tuna in first

3. then dump the crab filling
5. then dump the rice
6. Pack real tight with a shovel
7. MOST important step. ...... Flip the bucket upside down and you will have the tuna mountain. lol

WOW What a Shark Ride! THe crew and myself saw the Mako - tried
to Ignore him - The tuna bite started slowing down - because he
was hanging around the boat too long and was not leaving. We
where just going to let him feel a Hook to run him off.
Captain needed the Mako in fast or break him off. So, we all
could get back to Tuna Fishing. Well, 20+ minutes later the gaffs where breaking into splinters and the tail rope was being
sawed in half on the hull. It was a show and memory we all
remember.
Some the guys could wait for a chunk of the shark -
some of crew wanted some. THey put the shark at the back of
the line - sorry about the wait for the meat.
Thanks to all the great fishermen on that boat for your
patience while we got the Mako out of the way! Thanks again!

It has the texture of swordfish - It has its own taste -
trying to describe it is hard - somewhere between blacktip
and swordfish?
