Check out this website before keeping and eating any fish in the listed Oklahoma lakes. In some reservoirs, there are consumption warnings because of mercury levels found in the fish (especially the bass species... largemouth, whites, hybrids, stripers...)

Almost every lake in Texas has advisories on it. Unless you're eating fish 3 time aday, 7 days a week, don't worry about it!
