VS boat carpeting and gonecatching.
My first experience was great. My second transaction was terrible.

My initial impression with the work quality was very good. However the next transaction was not a good experience at all. I made a deal to purchase some seats for a Tritan they were just sitting on a shelf. We agreed to a deal. I told him to consider the seats sold and he agreed to that. Before I could go to pick them up they were sold out from underneath me.
Wouldnt recommend doing business with them. Theyll never see another dime of my money.

Thats not the case the customer had said he would let me know his boat was here getting carpet and after talking to you he called and said he wanted the seats that he originally said he would let me know after talking to his wife and he called me after we text about them and I said I would hold them. Then he called and said he wanted them after getting to ok so I was trying to keep the original deal that was offered to the customer getting his carpet done. Sorry it worked out that way but I was trying to keep up with the oringinal offer to a customer. Again I sent the message to you explaining so it wasnt sold out from inder you. I was keep up with the original customer waiting on a answer.

Like I said bad experience wouldnt recommend to others. Theres an issue if you agree to sell an item and then later remember that you agreed to let a guy take pictures so therefore the first guy you made a deal with is out....thats called reneging. Sold Out From Underneath of. AKA bad business.

I dont agree he just took longer to answer and I told you as soon as I got the answer you would expected the same curtesy while I was getting the answer and again I apologize for the mix up but I tried to keep the original deal he just took longer to answer.

Another great experience with Dave at Shut up & Fish.
He was very courteous, patient, and knowledgeable about the electronics. He made recommendations and suggestions without being pushy.
When my schedule changed and had to fly out, he allowed me to drop off my boat 2 days early so I could make the appointment. This forcef him to shuffle boats around which was very generous on his part. Also, he replaced a trolling motor housing free of charge after they noticed it was cracked. The installation looks great & he took additional time to walk me though options and sensitivities.
Great business & I would definitely recommend. Small businesses with owners that care is usually a better option than the giant box stores.

SHUT UP AND FISH - Another rave review!

Wanted to thank Dave for the AWESOME job that he did setting me up with a new Minn Kota Terrova and Humminbird Helix 10. The installation job that he and Steve did for me just reassured me that some things are best left to the experts. They did a really nice, clean and professional job installing and coached me to a great solution on mounting the Helix that I would not have considered. After that, Dave was very patient in coaching me through the fundamentals of using this high tech stuff which was very valuable and most appreciated.

Once again... thanks!
Brad
