Custom rod maker is a good guy. I got some rods from him that looked sharp. Second trip out a client broke the composite end guide insert with the swivel and weight. Custom rod maker said send them all back. He put aluminum inserts tips on all of them and fixed a couple more of my old rods. I like a guy who stands behind his products.

David at Shut Up and Fish is a man of his word.. I ordered a trolling motor on Tuesday and David started the process same day. He followed up through the shipping process. He did a great job through out the shipping ordeal.

UPS on the other hand did not do such a great job of the delivery process.. Trolling motor left Irving on Wed morning with a Friday delivery date. The motor went to Ft Worth then to Dallas then to Waco then back to Dallas then back to Waco and then to it's home in Hubbard. Delivery date was changed by UPS from Friday to Monday to Tuesday.. Looking at the tracking on the invoice they removed some of information on the tracking process as there were two lines where they removed information.

Great job David thanks for the follow up on the order.

Great experience dealing with David (Shut up and Fish). He and Steve installed a Helix 10 at the helm of my 2012 Basscat Cougar today. Dropped it off in the morning, and he had it back to me early afternoon. He went above and beyond to make sure I was please with my set-up, and was nice enough to repair my speedometer and trolling motor. The best part, he figured out away to Ram mount my Helix without drilling one hole in my boat. I recommend David for all things Humminbird related. Basscat guys, get to David for a really easy mount option.

I had lights installed on my Nautic Star by Steve at R U-Lit Leds and they look great. Tried posting pictures but my photo bucket isnt working. I sent him a video and I know he has some pictures of it. Hopefully they will be uploaded soon. Thanks again Steve.

Steve with RU lid Leds just got installed 10 new red lights on my Ranger. It turned out really nice. If anyone is looking to have some lights installed you should give them a call!

My son and I made the long haul from Montgomery to Lewisville Saturday to take advantage of Sut-Up-And-Fish's on the water education. Dave was ready to go when we arrived and we made the short drive over to the lake. I was experiencing some severe interference issues on my Helix 10 Si and 998c Si when running my Ultrex. Dave said "Wow, that is a lot of interference." I had ordered a ferrite ring, but the USPS didn't deliver it in time for our trip. Dave went to work confirming I had the latest software and going through my settings. He explained each setting I had and why he was making changes. After a few minutes of tweaking by Dave, the interference was all but gone! Just that was well worth the trip. We proceeded to work through how, when and why to make adjustments on my own. He showed us sunken boats, tires, brush, fish, etc. We were seeing things on my graphs that I had only seen on the internet and quite frankly that I didn't think were possible. I went from completely fed up with my equipment to extremely happy. If you want to get the most out of your graphs, do yourself a favor and schedule a trip with Dave! He is very friendly and professional and generous with his time.

Had an issue with one of the cables on my Ultrex, called up David at Shut Up and Fish and he said come on by. He gave me the cable I needed and updated my birds while I was there. Cant say enough good about him and will definitely be buying my solix from him!
