Big Country Home Builders Association is hosting an Open Tournament on Hubbard Creek!!

Date: Saturday, October 9th
Start time: 7:00am
Weigh-in opens: 3:00pm (Must be checked in by 3:15)
Headquarters and Weigh-in: Sandy Creek Marina
Entry fee: $50 and optional $5.00 entry for Big Bass.

This is an Individual Tournament.

Paying out:

1st place = $1,000
2nd place = $500
3rd place = $250
4th place = $200
5th place = $175
6th place = $150
7th place = $125
8th place = $100
9th place = $100
10th place = $75
13th place = $100
Guaranteed $3,975.00 in cash prizes!

The folks at the Big Country HBA have ruled that you can weigh-in with them, keep your fish, and weigh in with BLT.

when can you register

The deadline for enty is 7:30am on Saturday of the tournament. However, you can mail in your entry form and money to the HBA early.

They should be at Sandy Creek Marina early on Saturday morning to register as well. I will see if I can find out a specific time they are starting registration on Saturday.

Also, it is ok for more than one person to be in a boat together as long as both is registered and don't share fish!! Is this correct?? Bc me and dad were planning on coming

Yes,you are correct... it is ok to fish two people in the boat and like you said, as long as both are registered and don't share fish. They would love to have you and your dad fish!

Not sure of all the weights, but 17+ on 3 fish won it. Guy that won it also had Big Bass #1 and #2.
