Lake Fork has been very good the last couple of days in the evening from 6-10 pm.Lots of good fish up to 7 lbs but lost a couple that would have been bigger. They are deeper than normal for me at this time of the day but 20-33 ft on the bottom near drop offs. Big Tx/rigs in tequila, watermelon red, worms and creature baits and Viper XP Jigs in 1/2 oz are working in blood shot and summer shad.Good Luck to all this weekend. I will be at Bass Pro Shops in Garland TX tonight from 6-8 pm where I will be talking about current conditions at Lake Fork, and a tank demo on the baits I am using. Stop by and let's talk some Lake Fork fishing. Thanks
Had a guy book me for the BC tournament and he had a great day on the spots I showed him. The only bad thing was he boated a 10 + and 2 @8 lbs and 3 @7 lbs and lots of good slots. The 10 plus was over 24 when he measured it when he caught the fish and he had two unders to go with it but when he made the weigh in she came up short after being in the well for a few hours and the water had been cooled down with ice the fish just got shorter. I hate it for the guy but he did have a great day anyhow. The fish I have been on are all good ones and I lost one on Wed evening that was very good and it was the same spot he boated the 10+ from. The fish seem to be in big groups right now.

Yep most tournaments you can hire a guide before the tournament but not during. My guy hired me a week or so before the tournament. Almost won him a boat. He would have had big bass for sure.
