Chase just tell em about that sweet spot North of the dam if they start asking for Lavon hotspots. That'll teach them to run off without me on days I'm oncall. I see how it is now. Larry rolls up and picks up his certified scales and tells me he's on his way to Lavon with Tom

I dont fish for them a bunch, the wife and kids like to chase them around so I oblige them. They are fun for sure. We ended up with 4 nice ones in about 1 1/2 hours, one almost 10 and 3 that were 6 or 7. We had them for dinner last night, grilled on the halfshell.

Actually Zach that was a bad day hybrid fishing on Cooper, that place is nuts when it comes to big hybrids. Even you could catch them over there stir

Yah I been to Cooper twice. Did good both times. The half shells are good for sure. I still think Tawakoni is a much better lake all around for whites or cats. I been going almost once a week for a good while now. It cost at least 70 or dallars every time Im going to stop going untill this fall. Besides its time for dove hunting.

Sure was a nice night last night on Tawakoni. The bite was slow, and I didn't get any pic worthy fish. Ended the night with 6 blues from 2 to 16 or so pounds. September is just 2 days away now so yall get ready stir

So I guess everybody is gonna be out blasting at dove and let me and Larry get a commanding lead this weekend at Tawakoni? You old guys are just gonna end up having sore shoulders from all of that shooting and won't be able to fish the rest of the month. I guess there's always October

I don't see anything wrong with that TW, as long as you have the pictures with the control item and weight and it was caught in Texas. Double chances to win.
