I brought home no extra bait, didnt take the livewell or castnet. Just wanted to paddle around the docks and marinas with lights(didnt even feel like breaking mine out), put some more ultralight fishing in my system.

I call trips like this " backing up for a running start ! "

I like kicking around the marinas in the yak ( even at night). Not as relaxing as a deep woods creek, but still really enjoyable. I guess I'll always just be a boat junkie.

depends on the water and weather, silver/white micro-vibe is always the go-to for testing the location with my green light on. light attracts minnows and shad like a magnet, when the weather is right sandbass see thier outline against the sky,surround you, and feed. They move, then you move, then they come back!
