Nice haul hamster. you catch those redfish offshore? What bait/jig did you use for those nice snapper?

For Deep sea HQ, I think they have 5, 8 and 12 hour trips for anyone who wants to buy a ticket. The five is useless. No time to fish.

Now, Donald...please pick John Bolton for your running mate.

I've been on all of the large party charters out of Port A over the last 20 or so years and the one thing I have learned is ever trip is a different experience. Some great, some good and some just bad. Just look at the range of comments and you get my point.

My favorite right now is the Dolphin Docks. My last two experiences with them have been very good. Going with them again this weekend.

The problem I see, the crews change to often to say one is always better then another.

Personally, I think the value of this type of fishing is great and sometimes you catch a lot of fish, although I have never fished the Scat Cat as they have always used electric reels. But even when I don't catch fish, being on a boat in the Gulf of Mexico is still a pretty damn nice day.

Scat Cat uses electric reels. There is no real sport involved in that. I went on the 12 hour trip and we tied off to an oil rig, released bait all the way to the bottom, waiting for a very little tap on my line then preesed the button for the electric reel to reel in the fish... BOOOOORING!!!!

You cant teach greatness.
