Hooked up to about an 8 lber a few years back and as soon as I hooked up I yelled for the net. Thought I had a world record also, haha. Great fighters.

i hooked one at Fork a couple of weekends ago. Man that thing fought! It was in shallow water and that thing was going crazy on my chatterbait!! It tore my chatterbait up!!! Had to get the pliers out to fix it.... luckily it got off at the boat..

I look forward to catching a bowfin, never have any luck. Stupid green trash fish get in the way.... lol The "blue" fish was probably a drum. 2 species I've been targetting and can't seem to catch this year. Guess I should try fishing for bass. Nice surprise even if it didn't weigh.

My tourney partner hooked one on Fork last month, went over 30" long. looked like a Pike because of its sheer size
