 Boat Mechanic Needed!!!!!!!!!

My stepdad uses this forum all the time and told me that I may find a good boat mechanic here so here I am. My situation is this, I have a 1995 Baja with a Mercruiser 454 Mag EFI. I just had it looked at by a personal mechanic and he found that there is internal damage. O rings are toasted. Couple of pistons tore up and head gasket bad. His recommendation is to either buy a rebuilt 396 or 454 and drop it in or rebuild the existing 454 that's in the boat now. He said the heads are not damaged so they can be reused. My main issue is this, I'm trying to sell this boat and really don't want to be putting anymore money into it as I am loosing money as it is. Does anyone know of any mechanics that may be able to help me out here or anyone interested in getting a great boat that needs a little motor work.

I would sell it on Craigs List as is.
