In this winter I started fishing on jerkbaits. And in one day I went to the river with new jerk. I started in my favorite place, river there is not wide, depth is about 2 meters with power flow. I use Strike Pro Buster Jerk. I threw along the coast, I did short jerks without pauses. Literally in 3 meters from me walleye attack the lure. A few seconds and very handsome walley in my hand. It weight about 6 pound.

Welcome to the forum Yariko. Seeing you standing there in the snow is rather unusual for some of us Texans. Down here in South Texas, we very seldom see snow. Almost never. But fishing is fishing, whether it's in the cold Ukraine or hot Texas. It's all fun.

Yariko,

Do they suspend fishing due to the spawn?

BrandonA,

Yes, prohibition proceeds in the rivers of 1.5 month, and in lakes 2 months

Thanks Yariko. Good to know that 1000's of miles apart a commonbond can be formed from fishing. Just think how much simpler this world would be if we all fished.
