Found some fiber ones on sale for $50. Is this a good deal? Just wondering if they are worth $50? Anybody have anything to say about em?

have heard or seen good reviews on:
Werner
Aqua-Bound
Bending Branches
Carlisle

I think $50 for a Fiber Paddle is too cheap for me to pass up. Headed back to Dick's Sporting Goods now.

should have known it was too good to b tru! the AZUL PADDLES are ALUMINUM!

its ok though. i liked them well enough that i picked one up anyways. its lite weight, adjustable, the blades are concave & the over all length is long enough 4 me.

broke the new azul paddle after only second use. right where the shaft meets the paddle 1st then after that it broke again right in the middle where it breaks down. dick's gave me a new replacement last night. everyone that has used it agreed w/ me saying it's really lite for an aluminum but so far it's not looking good for the azul kayak paddle. maybe this is why they were marked down to $50?

broke my second azul kayak paddle last week. didnt abuse it. just got on it trying to get on a school of sandies. this time this one cracked where it breaks down in the middle. found that the reason why it is so lite is because it is fiberglass. not carbon fiber just fiber glass. DONT BUY ONE!!! THEY DON'T HOLD UP!
