4 New Personal Best in 5 Days at FALCON!!!

We just got back early this morning from 5 days of fun on the water at Falcon lake. Thanks to all the TFF members that gave us tips on fishing there. In the end, we ended up doing pretty much the same stuff we do here and it worked out great!Once we found some fish we stayed with them. Only had to fight the wind a few days this time. We averaged 12-15 fish a day with several in the 3-5 pound range and 2 new personal best for my son and 2 for me. Here are the pictures: Landen with his first new best 6 pounds:  Landen with his second personal best 6 pounds 2ounces:  Me with a nice 7 lb.-1:  Me with my first P/B 10 pounds 5 ounces:  Me with my new P/B 10 lb. 9ounces:  Video of the 10 Pounders with releases here!

Thanks guys, we were really fortunate to catch them I think. The weather was all over the place. Hard to get a firm pattern. We caught them on jigs, soft plastic baits and reaction baits, cranking and spinnerbaits. Just kept fishing areas where we caught a few, really crazy thing you could catch a 1 pounder and 30 yards away catch 5-6 pounders. all phases of the spawn.

Good job and congrats looks lik you had a blast. Still takes a lot of skill and luck. I've caught a ton of 6s, 7s, a few 8s, but nothing over that in the last year plus. Great job!!!!
