Flying L Dude Ranch in Bandera TX or one of the other many dude ranches might fit your needs. I am sure they have a web-site. My son played a JV high school golf tournament there last week and it is an okay golf course. They do have horse back riding and was told they had just built a water park. The Medina River runs behind part of the propery if I remember correctly. I stayed there 20 years ago and had fun. Good luck in your search,
Lightnin
