Nope, i stood on a rock I caught fish fom last year. Drove over the damb and I could see the island. Hell it looks like you could walk out to it. I really hate seeing the lake this low.

Anybody been out to Shonee Park recentley? Was thinking I can find some Sandies hiding in the creek but not sure on the water level and at the price of gas, I do not want to waste a trip out there to see.

Me and the Husband are headed that way this weekend, hows the fishing up there? We usually fish Arrowhead; or Amon Carter. Thanks

i didnt do good at all!! seen the same guy there today pull in a few more nice ones!! but was slow!!! i got a 2 bites!! maybe nest time i will try some jigs!!!

Next decent day we have I am going to take out the kayak and troll up and down the damn and Hen bridge. Seems like some of the crappie and sandies are starting to move up shallow a little bit. I am hoping they are hanging just off shore on the drop offs where I can get to them fairly easily and not have to compete to much with the shore guys .

What's the latest water temp anyone has got. A guy in a boat told me Sunday it was 52.

I live just outside of W.F. and rather new to the fishing here and wouldnt mind tagging along with someone that knows the area pretty well.

no i was at hen bridge!! i usually fish in the early am and off the water by 12-1, or right around dark!!!! kids and honey does keep me from to much afternoon fishing!!

i also heard the crappie were bitin at night the the pier!!

not sure!!! think around 230-3!!! i am taking off early

I'm leaving work early tuesday to try buffalo and scottland and taking Wednesday off to fish wherever so I don't know what's gonna happen. I will be using jigs but also bought some minners today after work just in case they want some.
