The last competition was
lots of fun.
There was so many TFFers, great food, and it benefited a seriously GREAT group of people (

What say ye? You would be the organizer unless my useless skills are needed.
Lets try to compete before the end of March or April.?.? Maybe March 6th? Nice weather that way.
I would like to open a wings category this time if we can.
WHAT SAY THE PEOPLE OF THE TFF? ------------------------------------------------------------
Date - April 17, and we will acquire the pavilion again this year.We will do this just like we did last year. You will donate to eat, donate to cook, and donate to judge. 100% of proceeds will go to Camp Craig Allen, and will count toward the TFF's total fund raising for the 2010 cookoff in Sept.
It will be something easy, but
WE WILL BEAT Team Go Meat this year on fund raising!!
$10 - for each cooking entry you wish to compete in
$15 - Adults to either judge or just to come and pig out
$5 - for kids 10 & under
Categories -
Brisket
Ribs (pork spare)
Pork butt
Chicken (grilled or smoked will be allowed)
Wings
Beans (roll your own with this one)
Dessert New Category this year - Chili Remember this is not only for bragging rights, but for our TFF charity -

Here are the categories with turn in times.
Chili - 11:00
Beans - 11:30 (baked)
Wings - 12:00
Chicken - 12:30 (leg quarters)
Pulled Pork - 1:00 (no sauce)
Ribs - 1:30
Brisket - 2:00
Dessert - 2:00
General lunch/dinner will start at 2:00, but we will have munchies and appetizers all day. Come hungry
