FWAC 1st tourney will be Sat Feb 6 from 7am-3pm sign up will start at 6am at FWAC clubhouse that morning. Must be a member $45 a year & can sign up in morning.
$30 for tournament & $20 bonus if interested. Team or individual. Standard tournament rules, any violation of TPW rules automatic DQ this applies to any short fish, know the difference between blacks & spots (I do). Also we are promoting fishing with kids. 14 & younger may fish with a team/individual, so don't leave them at home (5 fish per boat).

I am planning on fishing a few, but cannot fish the one this Saturday, as I am fishing another tourney out there. I will be using the ramp though, so leave enough room for (1) extra to park please. Good Luck to you guys, as with the current conditions, we will all need it.

What happened Saturday, inquiring minds want to know?

I have my guesses!!

There were only about six boats maybe seven. And I didnt watch the weigh in closely but saw someone weigh at least two fish maybe three and think there was a couple others????? Then I went to westbay to watch another weigh in with about the same results.Sorry I didnt pay more attention but I was wore out from the last 8 hrs of fishing without a keeper bite.

Is that lake pretty good. I am from that area but I wasnt as serious about fishing back then.

The other tourney that was out there the same day I believe three people out of 25 weighed a fish, so needless to say EM right now is tough.

Some hate it. But it can be rewarding at times , you got to put your time into it.

Think I am gonna have to give it a try. I wanting to move back in that area. I live down in the hamilton area and I think the best lake around me would have to Belton..
