LAKE TYLER OFFICE HOURS OPEN THIS SATURDAY 1-30-2010

Continue to vote for Tyler if you are going to make it. Sorry Palestine voters it was a short notice and had to make a quick decision, come join us for this one and get your prefishing on Palestine done on Sunday. This will give everyone a chance to locate some fish for our Tyler Area Trail Season opener coming up on Saturday February 13, 2010 only 2 weeks away.

With the Spring Season Opener just 2 weeks away and I have nothing scheduled for this Saturday wanted to test the waters and see if anyone wants to rally the anglers for an Office Hours Open Tournament on Lake Tyler or Lake Palestine. $100 team entry includes BB, will be paying back 90% at the ramp 1 in 5 places with a minumum of 3 places paid back.
Registration will start at 8:00 am with tournament hours running from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm. Trying to pick up a piece of that later bite that happens on most lakes this time of year.
Something different and something fun.

OK we are going to go with Lake Tyler, $100 team entry includes BB which will pay minumum $100 or $5 per entry whichever is greater, paying a minimum of 3 places or 1 in 5 with 20 or more entries. With a chilly start to the morning 30 degrees for a low we are going to go with our office hours start time of 9am to 5pm and try to get you guys on that afternoon bite. It will be different and hopefully fun for you guys. Registration will begin at 8:00am.
Off limits for fishing from 7:00pm on Friday evening until start time of 9:00am Saturday.
5 fish limit per team.

Correct, this Saturday January 30th. Either lake for this Saturday I have no preference. If its going to be windy I would say Tyler would be the best bet. Both lakes should have a decent bite, especially in the afternoon.
Our Tyler Area Spring Teams Series kicks off on Lake Tyler on February 13, 2010, 5 events back and forth from Tyler 3 events to Palestine 2 events.
We will see what kind of response we get and make a decision from there so call your team partner or others and see if they are up for a little jackpot open tournament.

Why not? These two lakes just dont get enough tournaments in the spring time and hardley any are scheduled again this spring.

Lots of Tournament trial dates on Tyler but there are very few opens listed that I have seen.
