If you could just pick 1 type of rod to use with all of your different types of baits and techniques, what would you choose?

Just looking to get opinons what types of rods are best for all around bass fishing...

i have one that i just use for everything. its from cabelas. i've never had specialty rods sense i dont have the budget. i probably would have gotten a berkley but they didnt have any two part rods that were for a baitcaster. the thing that landed me on this rod was the fact that it had a cork grip, trigger handle, and it was two pieces. i thought it would be easier to find but i couldnt find one at basspro.

In my opinion Falcon makes the best price point stick on the market........I have used top end rods, but I still find myself going back to the Falcon caras and lowriders.....A great all around rod, for traps around grass, spinnerbaits, and even some smaller texas rigs is the 6'10 eakins jig special low rider...I love that rod!

Falcon Lowriders in the Carolina Lizard Dragger 1 is as good an all around rod as I have found. I got one for C-Rigging and ended up using one for T-Rigging, casting/pitching weightless plastics(rattlesnakes,ringfrys...) and even like it for spinnerbaits. Light, sensitive and powerful. Best all around. IMHO

Really? I didnt know that. I busted about 2 inches off the tip of mine and installed a new end. It sure screwed up the action...so it sits in the rod rack now as a back up. I fond of the older Castaways anyway..and needed an excuse to use them.

I may have to go see Jet Lorant on that Crucial. I bought the first one he ever sold.

Now, Donald...please pick John Bolton for your running mate.
