haven't used it in the rain yet but hard to tell differance in the goretex and h2o material

Haven't tried the it. I picked up goretex bibs and jacket at Walls Discount for less than $100 for both.

I've used it two different years, I wear it a lot during fall and winter. The suits are good for one season or year. That is 3-7 days a week. After a year I had to replace it because it was no longer H20 proof. Probably a good value if not used a lot, but far short of GorTex in all ways.
