Yeah.......what is "Fiooring" Hahahahaaaa!

Come on guys.......you cant get mad at someone for trying to make a little extra money these days! As long as he isnt flooding other peoples post with it!

Atleast he didnt jack someones thread to advertise, right?
This is "Off Topic" right? Sounds like the perfection section for it if you ask me.

Pedo5, how much would you charge me to lay around 400sqft of tile? I have the tile, thinset and grout already, just need the hands.

P.S. A "Handyman" can be a "Fisherman" to.........

Are you a member of the BBB?

Do you have General Liability Insurance?

Do you have Workman's Comp. Insurance?

Can you have your insurance agent mail an insurance certificate to us to provide proof that you are a legitimate contractor?

Are you registered as a Remodeling Contractor with the city?

Do you follow the guidelines as set forth by the Texas Real Estate Commission concerning remodel contractors?

Can you provide the telephone number of the last 3 customers you have worked for?

Are you a convicted felon?

If not will you submit to a drug test and background check?

Do you personally do the work or do you intend to sub it out?

If so can you provide copies of your subs insurance certificates?

These are questions I would ask before I hired you.

These are some darn good questions? I wish I would have asked these question when getting my sprinkler system installed.

Seriously? Did you ask this of the kid who wants to mow your yard?

I have personally worked beside this guy and he has an attention to quality second to none. In addition, I have worked for many people on this forum and never been interogated like you suggest. I guess I have a high enough post count to make me 'legit'. How high was Robby Rose's post count?

And to bust someone's chops over a typo? I could spend the rest of my day picking on spelling and grammer errors...but this ain't school, its a freakin forum.

Many people are looking to make a little extra these days...give the guy a break.

Thank god your post count was high Joe. Otherwise there would be a lot of TFF'ers with unfinished projects.

Times are hard. Lots of people looking for work. Getting close to Christmas. Families are in need. God Bless them all.

Sounds like fillups might be a disgruntled competitor.
