ya'll need to check out those ponds in lost creek. my friends and i went fishing there again and he caught the big one on turkey bacon and showed me up again! he caught a bullhead that wen't almost five pounds and i thought it would be cool if i stuck my hand in its mouth. seems like whenever i'm with my friend i do something stupid.

Lost Creek sounds like one to check out. Been busy lately but did check Lake Lavon's Tailrace out this afternoon. No luck for us but did see others catching and releasing undersized White Bass. Looks like the morning bite did better with more action reported! Today's Pictures.

Fished Celebration Park's East Pond to test the waters. Used the same gear for Trout fishing and managed one Bullhead. Local pond, Bethany Lakes, gets its Trout stocking next Friday; hope to mix it up with them soon! Today's Pictures.

Decided to fish for Trout in Mesquite this morning. Cold morning with a drizzle made for tough conditions. Had one nibble, else zero Trout. Did see others - Cormorant, catching and eating their limits! Today's Pictures.

Caught a Carp at Town Lake while fishing for Trout with Bread last season. (See Picture)Also, Bethany Lakes has a few Koi that have been caught and released. Last one I saw was in the Main Pond with the fountain.

Trout Stocking happened and fish were being caught. Managed to hook and land one Trout using a Copper Superduper. Did observe others catching them on Gold Superdupers. Today's Catch.

And I'm thinking about slinging a trout pattern swimbait to see if the bass are as happy about it as the trout fishermen
