Is this a team tournament

Ok I looked a little deeper and it is a open team tournament next question is can you sign up at the ramp the morning of the tournament

under their rules #4 says,,,

4.) REGISTRATION: Registration may be by mail (if postmarked on or before Tuesday prior to event) and at takeoff site on the morning of the tournament beginning approximately 2 hours before sunrise. Contestants will receive boat I.D. numbers according to order received.

i fished cedar creek fri-sat and i cuaght 2 dinks and one small keeper with the economy i couldnt just throw my money away i couldnt find the fish but i was wondering how it turned out anyone know?
