I will send you a pm next time I go. I too am a dog lover and would be really mad if I got a hook in my buddy. I can understand the concern there. Next time I go, probably in a few weeks, I ll give you a pm. I didn't mean to stereotype all the residents there. We have some stuck up people in NRH too. And yeah we live in a nice neighborhood and we aren't stuck up.

I have fished Lake Carolyn a couple of times recently and would like to comment on the residents of the lofts. Some of them I have met and they seem very humble. 3 times now I have been fishing in the field next to the lofts when some one decides to let there dog run free. I am not really afraid of dogs but the comment the pet owner made was kinda rude. "oops did my dog scare you?" See I was not scared and in fact was hoping the dog would attack me so I could slap a lawsuit on them. Sounds a little unusual I know but this happened more then once and the owner, even after acknowledging my presence and commenting, did not return the dog to the leash. Other than that it is a lovely lake to fish. Caught several yellow bass.

I stay away from those condos. The people there didn't seem too freindly to me.

This spring, I caught several over 4 pounds and one over 6. I know there are signs everywhere but I live directly on one of the canals and it's torture not to fish when it's nice out. Every once in a while you'll catch a 10 pound cat too. Most people walking their dogs will ask if they're biting but they never give me a hard time. In my mind I'm helping because I make a point to pull any trash out that see floating and throw it away. Most of all, if they ever leave that ramp open, I would looooove to put my boat on It and do 60 mph in the canal! Lol

Been thinking of taking a quick scout around this privy place lately, if even just to get the gist of how awkward it might be to try to wet a line here on a Sunday or something. I wonder what I might encounter if I attempted to fish one night from the grassy area across from Williams Square? Anyone else been here lately?
