I am looking at putting a KeelShield on my new Skeeter. I have decided on this one since I have had them before and the meet the needs of how I treat my boat(gently). I am trying to decide if I want to put a Black or White one on my Onyx Black hull. I like the contrast effect. But, was wondering if the White one has a tendency to fade colors and get dingy? Any help is appreciated.

Probably get a Black Keelshield.

I had a white hambys installed couple years ago. It got brittle,w cracks and was coming off. Dealer installed a black one under waranty,said they where having problems with white ones.Don,t know maybe black ones are better.

Good call. I think the white would show every ding and the black would be less noticeable.
